Mevio is a web site that provides a hosting site for a variety of musical groups and podcasts. In the past they have provided a good free location for people to offer the creative output. This weekend things changed. They have suspended several people's feed without reason or notice. Now we are entering a period where there are going to be problems with copyrights and other regulations, so web hosting sites are going to have to be be diligent with monitoring them. However, Mevio has not let any of the suspended accounts the reason for their actions, either in person or on their web site. This is not the way they should be treating the people who have been producing content for their site; this a bad thing to be doing to the people who are attracting views to the web site. So I am waiting for the podcasts to find better alternatives.
